Description

Up to 3 Hours of Gentle Heat

Directions

Tear open pouch when ready to use.

Slip the loop over the thumb, wrap around the wrist toward the back of the hand, and secure to a comfortable fit.

Do not wrap tightly.

Check skin frequently during use.

Remove after the heat subsides.

Allow to cool before disposal.

You are sleeping or unable to remain awake during use.

You are unable to remove the product independently.

You are using other heat therapies or topical medications.

DURING USE

Do not leave the wrap on the same area of skin for more than 8 hours.

Stop use immediately if you feel excessive heat, discomfort, skin irritation, or blisters.

Too hot? Remove immediately or wear over thin clothing.

Do not apply extra pressure over the wrap. Remove before MRI or other medical imaging.

STOP USE AND SEE A DOCTOR IF

Pain worsens or lasts more than 7 days.

Persistent redness, swelling, or rash occurs.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS

Contains iron. harmful if swallowed.

If swallowed, seek medical advice or contact a poison control center immediately.
