Trademarks and brand material
FERMATA™, FERMATA Ritual™, MIST 01™, CLOUD 02™, LOOP 03™, The Vessel™, The Travel Ritual™ and FERMATA Place™, together with our logos, stylized fermata and vertical-line designs, packaging and trade dress, form part of the Company’s and its licensors’ brand rights. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized uses that infringe those rights, mislead customers or suggest an official affiliation—including deceptive store names, accounts, listings and advertising—are prohibited.
Rights in original text, photography, film, music and soundscapes are reserved to their respective owners. The Terms of Service permit ordinary access and streaming but grant no license for extraction, redistribution, commercial performance or AI training. Purchase does not enlarge that license.
Authorized distribution
Purchase directly from fermataritual.com or through a seller whose specific storefront and channel we have authorized in writing. To verify a seller, contact partnerships@fermataritual.com before buying. Report suspected counterfeiting, tampering or deceptive claims of authorization to support@fermataritual.com. Product-safety reports are accepted regardless of channel.
Policies
Accepted Terms of Service govern purchasing and incorporate the relevant policies. English controls inconsistencies to the extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer and language rights remain unaffected.

Purchase Options & Cancellations

Some products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. These arrangements apply only when expressly offered and selected at checkout.
1. One-time orders
Contact support@fermataritual.com promptly to request a change or cancellation. We may, at our discretion, cancel an order that has not entered processing. Once processing has begun, voluntary cancellation may not be possible and an eligible return follows Returns & Refunds. This does not restrict statutory cancellation rights, a shipment-delay cancellation or a refund for goods we cannot supply.
2. Subscriptions
For recurring product purchases, please read our Subscription & Cancellation Policy at https://fermataritual.com/policies/subscription-policy. It sets out The Standing Ritual subscription details, enrollment and consent, billing frequency, subscription management, cancellation, orders already charged, and changes to subscription terms.
A one-time purchase or a subscription to marketing emails does not enroll you in a paid product subscription. Subscription benefits, such as included shipping or member pricing, are for the subscriber’s personal use and are not transferable.
The terms accepted for your purchase and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
3. Pre-orders
A pre-order reserves a product not yet ready to ship. The product page will state the expected dispatch window and when payment is collected.
You may cancel an unshipped pre-order by emailing support@fermataritual.com before we notify you that it is being prepared for dispatch. If the expected dispatch date changes, we will notify you and you may consent to the delay or cancel for a refund, as required by law. Limited or numbered editions may be allocated in order of purchase and are subject to availability.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits a cancellation or refund right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
