Description

Up to 3 Hours of Gentle Heat

Directions

Tear open pouch when ready to use.

Slip the loop over the thumb, wrap around the wrist toward the back of the hand, and secure to a comfortable fit.

Do not wrap tightly.

Check skin frequently during use.

Remove after the heat subsides.

Allow to cool before disposal.

You are sleeping or unable to remain awake during use.

DURING USE

Do not leave the wrap on the same area of skin for more than 8 hours.

Stop use immediately if you feel excessive heat, discomfort, skin irritation, or blisters.

Too hot? Remove immediately or wear over thin clothing.

Do not apply extra pressure over the wrap. Remove before MRI or other medical imaging.

STOP USE AND SEE A DOCTOR IF

Pain worsens or lasts more than 7 days.

Persistent redness, swelling, or rash occurs.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS

For external use only. Remove contact lenses before use. Use only on closed eyes. Do not use while sleeping. Do not use if you cannot readily feel heat. Do not press the mask against the eyes. Do not use with other eye masks, eye patches, or sheet masks.
Do not use if you have an eye infection, eye inflammation, or broken, irritated, swollen, or rash-prone skin around the eyes.
Consult a physician before use if you have recent eye surgery, diabetes, poor circulation, reduced heat sensitivity, or any condition affecting the eyes or skin.
Discontinue use immediately if the mask feels too hot or uncomfortable, or if pain, redness, itching, swelling, or any unusual reaction occurs.
Temporary blurred vision may occur after use. Wait until vision is clear before driving or operating machinery. If blurred vision does not clear within 1 hour, consult an eye care professional.
Do not use if the sachet or mask is torn, punctured, wet, or otherwise damaged.

Before your first pause

How long should I wear MIST 01?
Use for up to 20 minutes. Do not use while sleeping. Discontinue use immediately if the mask feels too hot or uncomfortable, or if pain, redness, itching, swelling, or any unusual reaction occurs.
Does it need a microwave, battery, or charger?
No. Opening the sachet exposes the mask to air and starts the warming process. Do not heat it externally.
Is it scented?
MIST 01 is unscented. Read all warnings before use.
Can I sleep in it?
No. Use only while awake. Remove it before sleeping or if you cannot remain awake.
Can I reuse it or save an opened mask for later?
No. Each mask is single-use. Leave the sachet sealed until you are ready to use it.
What is MIST 01 designed for?
MIST 01 is designed for personal warmth and comfort. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or medical condition.
Storage and disposal

Store unopened in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excess moisture, and heat sources. Allow the mask to cool before disposal.

For U.S. delivery addresses we serve, standard shipping is $6 on merchandise subtotals under $50 and complimentary at $50 or more. The threshold applies after discounts and before tax.
