We offer return requests within 7 days of purchase. Eligible returns may be exchanged for a different product or refunded to the original payment method.
Please note the following return and refund policy terms:

Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of the products, steam eye masks and heat patches are considered personal care items. Once opened or used, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

All discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags included.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide relevant photos for review.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that show visible signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
