An adhesive-free, self-heating wrap for the waist or abdomen

FERMATA Ritual CLOUD 02 is an air-activated, single-use wrap for personal warmth and comfort at the waist or abdomen. Adjustable fastening holds it in place without adhesive.

Set the next task aside and settle with a book. Choose a moment when you can stay awake, check your skin and remove the wrap yourself. CLOUD 02 is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Position the warmth

Read the directions and warnings on your pack. Check the expiry date and the condition of the sachet and wrap; do not use either if torn, punctured, wet, damaged or leaking.

1. Open the sachet only when ready to use. Contact with air starts the warming process.
2. Unfold the heating area as shown on the pack. Position it over the waist or abdomen and fasten comfortably, without pressure.
3. Check your skin frequently. Remove when warmth subsides, or immediately if too hot, uncomfortable or irritating.
4. Allow the wrap to cool before disposal. It is for one use only.

Heat duration and wearing time

The pack states up to six hours of warmth. Actual temperature and duration vary. This describes heat duration, not a recommended wearing time or a guarantee of safe exposure.

The label prohibits leaving a wrap on the same area of skin for more than eight hours. That is an outer limit, not a target. Remove it sooner when warmth subsides or if it feels too hot or uncomfortable. Do not use a fresh wrap to bypass a time limit, irritation or a warning.

Selected precautions

• Use only while awake and able to remove the wrap independently. Never sleep in it or use it during exercise or in a sauna. Follow the pack’s age restrictions. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not bunch, overlap or compress the heating area, lie on the wrap or add pressure over it.
• Do not use on broken, bruised, swollen, irritated or heat-insensitive skin, or where you cannot readily feel heat. Do not combine with other heat therapies or topical medications, or add oils, creams or other substances to the wrap.
• Consult a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease or rheumatoid arthritis, are pregnant, or have sensitive skin or a skin condition. Medical advice does not override a pack prohibition.
• This product can cause burns, including burns from prolonged contact at lower temperatures. Remove it immediately for excessive heat, discomfort, pain, redness, itching, swelling, irritation, blisters or another unusual reaction. Seek medical help as appropriate. Seek medical advice if pain worsens or lasts more than seven days, or redness, swelling or a rash persists.
• Remove before MRI or other medical imaging. Do not microwave, cut, puncture, reheat or reuse.
• For external use only. Do not ingest the contents. If swallowed, seek medical advice or contact a poison control center immediately. If contents contact eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical help as needed.
